we’re 2 months into the new year and have plenty of new projects happening on the farm!

we’ve been:

planting squash patches, building trellises for luffa squash, cleaning up the herb spirals, opening new beds, harvesting, planting out the greenhouse, cleaning out the chicken coop and gorging on organic free-range-eggs, weed whipping the food forest, saving seeds, weeding, feeding and cultivating, maintaining the garden cafe patio garden, studying aquaculture via UH’s ATOLL program (me and V recevied full scholarships to take this course!), and plenty more…

we love to see bees in the garden… nasturtiums are really beautiful edible flowers!
