Cycle Route: Cape Rachado to Port Dickson, Malaysia
The total distance of our route was 9.5 miles (15.29 km).
|Max Elevation||101.70 ft||31 m|
|Min Elevation||0 ft||0 m|
|Total Climbing||869 ft||264.87 m|
|Total Descent||869 ft||264.87 m|
After having such a long day the day before, we decided to only cycle 10 miles to a hotel we read about in the area. This short ride was on the 5. The road was flat and in good condition.
We stayed at Hotel Suria for 85 ringgit. Our room was tiny but had AC and hot water. The wi-fi only worked on the first floor, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
We had noodles for breakfast on the road for 4 ringgit. Once we got to the hotel we unpacked our bags and headed for McDonalds for lunch for 30 ringgit. We ate dinner at a Thai restaurant near our hotel for 67 ringgit. It was delicious, just really spicy!
One night at Hotel Suria, food and some toiletries cost us 215.75 ringgit. Altogether, we spent around $67.22 USD in Port Dickson.
